Charles River Runs: Monday and Wednesday 6:55 ~ 8:00 a.m.
Join us for runs around the beautiful Charles River starting from the Main Street entrance to the Boston Marriott Cambridge. An example 4.5 mile loop is available at:

but individuals or groups can easily scale the distance as desired.

Introductory Sessions at Kendall Square CrossFit: Tuesday and Thursday, 6:45 a.m. - 8 a.m.
CrossFit is "constantly varied functional movements performed at relatively high intensity". How much more "adaptive motion" can you get? Come give it a try! Attendees of all experience and fitness levels welcome; workouts will be scaled to individual needs. Meet at Boston Marriott Cambridge at 6:45 a.m. or at Kendall Square CrossFit at 7:00 a.m. for 7:15 a.m. class.
